Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Edit Text in Image at imagetextedit.org (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and Payments

Each image text edit consumes the number of credits shown on the Service; the current price is 2 credits per edit.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
Subscription plans renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown before purchase until canceled. You can cancel an active plan from your account's My Orders page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid billing period.
Creem processes payments. We do not store complete card details. Credits are added after a successful payment, subject to the applicable plan terms.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.

3. Content and License

You retain the rights you hold in images and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content and your editing instructions, including through our service providers, only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service.
As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of your uploaded content or edited results. You may use edited results, including commercially and without attribution to us, subject to applicable law and third-party rights in the source image, replacement text, logos, or other content.
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and does not infringe the rights of others.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and edit the images and text you submit.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing activity.
Do not submit sexually explicit content, nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive imagery, or sexual content involving minors.
No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
No scraping or rate-limiting evasion.
Do not alter identity documents, receipts, financial or legal records, product labels, or other materials to commit fraud, impersonate someone, mislead others, or falsify evidence.
Do not upload illegal content or content that violates another person's rights, or images you do not have permission to edit.

5. Image Processing and Privacy

Source images and editing instructions are sent to Evolink for processing. Source images are copied to our object storage and made available to the provider for the edit. Edited results are saved to storage so they can be returned to you and associated with your account.
Source copies may remain stored beyond the processing session; we do not guarantee that they are deleted within 24 hours. Contact support to request deletion of stored images.
Do not upload sensitive or confidential images or information unless you are comfortable with the processing described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and materials provided by Edit Text in Image are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, exact text or font matching, or any specific AI editing result. Review outputs before using them, especially in commercial, legal, financial, or other important contexts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edit Text in Image and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a subscription from your My Orders page. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not itself refund a prior payment. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law. Closing an account does not create an automatic refund for unused credits.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
