Account & Authentication Data: Email address, name or profile details, avatar, provider account ID, sign-in provider, sign-in IP address, and session information received through Google or GitHub sign-in.
Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, timestamps, and interactions with the Service.
Content You Provide: Images you upload, replacement text or other editing instructions, generated images, filenames, and related processing metadata.
Order & Payment Metadata: Products or plans purchased, amounts, order and subscription identifiers, and payment status. Creem processes payments; we do not store complete card details.
Support Communications: Messages you send to our support email.

2. How We Use Information

Provide the image text editing Service, including sending images and editing instructions to our image-processing provider.
Process orders, allocate credits, and combat fraud or abuse.
Maintain security, understand Service usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
Communicate important updates, invoices, and support responses.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Image Processing & Storage

To edit an image, we send the uploaded image and your editing instructions to Evolink, our third-party image-processing provider. The source image is copied to our object storage and made available to the provider for processing. We save edited results in object storage so we can return them to you and associate them with your account. Source copies and edited results may remain stored beyond the processing session; we do not guarantee that source copies are deleted within 24 hours. Contact us at [email protected] to request deletion. The provider's handling of data is also subject to its own terms and privacy practices. Please do not upload images containing sensitive or confidential information.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Contract performance, such as providing the Service, purchased credits, and subscriptions.
Legitimate interests, such as protecting the Service, preventing abuse, supporting users, and understanding Service performance.
Consent where applicable law requires it and consent has been obtained for the relevant processing.
Legal obligations, including applicable accounting, tax, and law-enforcement requirements.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

Service Providers: Cloudflare for hosting and object storage; Evolink for image processing; Creem for payment processing; Google and GitHub for sign-in; and Microsoft Clarity for analytics and interaction analysis. They receive information needed to provide their services.
Legal Requirements: Lawful requests, enforcement of rights, prevention of harm or fraud.
Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred with notice.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, order, support, and security records for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect against fraud. Image storage is described in Section 3. Some transaction and security records may be retained after an account is closed where necessary.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

The Service uses browser storage, including local storage, for sign-in state and site preferences such as dismissing a promotional banner. Microsoft Clarity is used to understand how visitors use the Service. When advertising is displayed, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, limit repeated ads, and personalize advertising where permitted by applicable settings and law. You can manage or clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings; blocking storage may prevent sign-in or affect site preferences.
