1. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and Payments

  • Each image text edit consumes 2 credits as displayed on pricing pages.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store complete payment details.
  • Credits are added to your account after a successful purchase.

3. Content and License

  • You retain full ownership and commercial rights to edited images generated for you.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded images and text content for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • Edited images can be used for commercial purposes including social media, e-commerce, marketing, and personal use without attribution.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and does not infringe rights of others.
  • You must have the right to upload and edit the images you submit to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No NSFW or sexually explicit content, including nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive imagery, or content involving minors.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
  • No scraping or rate-limiting evasion.
  • No editing of images containing illegal content, personal identification documents for fraudulent purposes, or content that violates others' rights.
  • Do not upload images you do not have permission to edit.

5. Image Processing and Privacy

  • Uploaded images are processed by our AI and automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
  • We do not permanently store, share, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring uploaded images do not contain sensitive personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and materials provided by Edit Text in Image are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific outcomes. AI-edited images may require human review before use in critical applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edit Text in Image and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
