We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund experience for Edit Text in Image purchases made on imagetextedit.org.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all credit pack purchases. If you're not satisfied with our image text editing service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

2. Eligibility

  • Credit Packs: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of credits have been consumed.
  • Partial Refunds: If you've used more than 10% but less than 50% of credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Fraud or Unauthorized Charges: Contact [email protected] immediately for full refund regardless of usage.

3. Ineligible Cases

  • More than 50% of purchased credits have been consumed.
  • Refund request made after 30 days from purchase date.
  • Abuse of the refund process or repeated claims.
  • Promotional or bonus credits are not eligible for refund.

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit a request via the Refund Application page or email us at [email protected].
  2. Provide your order number, email/account info, and reason for refund.
  3. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from editing images, please contact support first. We will attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund. Credits used during technical failures will be refunded automatically.

6. Quality Guarantee

If the AI-edited images do not meet reasonable quality standards (e.g., font matching fails, text is unreadable, or background is corrupted), we will either:

  • Refund the credits used for that specific edit, or
  • Provide additional credits to retry the edit
